What are those green lights?
Damascus mosquees
They are mosquees. I guess there are thousands of them in Damascus.
Why just green? It’s the colour of Islam and of the peace, as more than one muslim told me.
Lights of Damascus
Christmastime and New Year Day are gone, likewise my times of kebab, falafel, deserts, ruined cities, camels, donkeys, mosquees and sitted police men while smoking shisha.
