The mosaic is accompanied by dozens of titles in greek, which indicate the major biblical sites in the Middle East, from Egypt to Palestine. Originally, the mosaic was made up of about two million cards, of which only one third has come down to us.

Jordan, coming soon
After a month spent in Syria, which I felt in love with?, I crossed l’ennesimo? border. The jordanian one.

To reach Amman from Damascus I caught a shared taxi with a canadian couple. The fare was 600 Syrian pounds (about 10 €).

A detailed report is coming soon.
